Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Prosync's legal services. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full. Prosync provides law services related to Shariah compliance, employment law, and property law in Malaysia.

2. Scope of Services

Prosync delivers expert legal consultation and representation within Malaysian jurisdiction. Services are conditional upon complete and accurate client information. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but provide professional guidance based on applicable law.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
• Maintain confidentiality of legal advice received
• Comply with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations
• Pay fees and costs as agreed in writing

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted in writing prior to service commencement. Payment terms are net upon invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional costs. Prosync reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Prosync's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients assume responsibility for decisions made based on our advice.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Client information is protected under legal professional privilege and Malaysian data protection laws. We comply with PDPA requirements. We do not share client data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Upon termination, Prosync shall deliver all work product and client materials. Outstanding fees remain due.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
